Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of TempNumber and all related services, features, content, and functionality made available through the TempNumber website and related checkout or support channels, collectively, the Service.

1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. About the Service

TempNumber is designed to help users reduce unnecessary exposure of their personal mobile phone numbers when interacting with third-party apps, websites, and online services.

The Service enables a user, without creating an account, to pay for the right to reveal and use a phone number for a specific app or service. Once payment is made and the relevant code or message is revealed, the same browser session may continue using the same number for that same app or service for up to 30 days, without additional charges for the same use case during that period, subject to these Terms and operational availability.

The Service is intended as a privacy-supporting utility. It is not intended to enable fraud, identity abuse, platform evasion, or unlawful conduct.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
• you are at least 18 years old
• your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction
• you will use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws

4. No User Account

TempNumber does not require a user account. Access is associated primarily with a browser session and a cookie-based identifier used for essential functionality.

Because no account is created, you are responsible for preserving access to your own browser session and device environment. If you delete required cookies, reset your browser, change devices, use private browsing, or otherwise lose the session identifier, access continuity may be interrupted or lost.

5. Service Allocation Model

For each supported third-party app or service, TempNumber may assign a specific number to a user session after payment for code reveal or similar access.

Where available, that number is intended to remain exclusive to that user session for that specific app or service for up to 30 days from the relevant paid access event. This does not mean the number is yours generally, permanently, or for use across all platforms. It also does not mean the number will remain available beyond the relevant period or outside the exact supported use case.

We may change, rotate, suspend, withdraw, or restrict numbers, apps, countries, routes, or features at any time for legal, technical, compliance, abuse-prevention, supplier, or operational reasons.

6. Purchases and Payment Methods

Certain functionality requires payment.

Non-crypto payments. If you choose card, PayPal, or any other non-crypto payment method made available through checkout, the transaction may be processed through PayPro Global, acting as Merchant of Record and legal reseller for that transaction. In those cases, checkout, billing, tax handling, payment processing, and certain transaction support functions may be managed by PayPro Global in accordance with its own legal and checkout framework.

Crypto payments. If you choose cryptocurrency as the payment method, the payment is handled separately through CryptAPI. For cryptocurrency transactions, PayPro Global is not the payment processor and is not the Merchant of Record for that transaction. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cryptocurrency purchases are made directly from TopX CJSC, using CryptAPI's payment infrastructure.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and transaction information where required.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, limit, or cancel any transaction where we believe, in our sole discretion acting reasonably, that the transaction presents fraud, abuse, legal, compliance, operational, reputational, or security risk.

7. Pricing

All prices are displayed through the Service or checkout flow and may change at any time before a purchase is completed.

You are responsible for reviewing the final price, applicable taxes, and transaction details shown during checkout.

8. Refunds

All sales are final.

TempNumber does not offer voluntary refunds for completed purchases, including where:

• you changed your mind
• the relevant third-party app or service later blocks or restricts the number
• you lose access to your browser session or cookie
• you entered incorrect information
• you expected a different result
• the third-party service changes its verification or onboarding method
• the number becomes unavailable after the access period
• you are unable to continue using the Service due to your own device, browser, network, jurisdiction, or third-party account issues

You agree not to initiate abusive, false, or bad-faith chargebacks or payment disputes. For cryptocurrency payments, blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and chargebacks do not apply.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights that may apply under mandatory law or under checkout rules imposed by the relevant payment provider where such rights cannot legally be excluded.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and only in a way that does not harm us, other users, telecom providers, platforms, or third parties.

You must not:

• use the Service for any illegal activity
• impersonate another person or entity
• commit fraud or assist fraud
• create or attempt to create accounts on third-party platforms in a misleading, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful manner
• evade platform rules, sanctions, bans, eligibility rules, or geographic restrictions
• use the Service to bypass compliance, identity, or security controls that you are not legally entitled to bypass
• use the Service for spam, mass signups, bot creation, fake engagement, or account farming
• use the Service for phishing, harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, or abuse
• use the Service in connection with child exploitation or harmful conduct involving minors
• reverse engineer, interfere with, scrape, overload, attack, or disrupt the Service
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, suppliers, or infrastructure
• resell, sublicense, mirror, or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent
• use the Service in a way that violates the terms, policies, or legal rights of any third-party app, platform, website, telecom provider, or service

Using a TempNumber number to register or verify on another platform does not relieve you of your obligation to comply with that platform's rules and all applicable law.

10. Misconduct and Platform Integrity

TempNumber exists to help users avoid unnecessary exposure of personal phone numbers, not to facilitate misconduct.

You acknowledge that using temporary or privacy-oriented contact methods can be legitimate, but it can also be abused. For that reason, we strictly prohibit the use of our numbers to deceive third parties, evade lawful restrictions, create false identities, run abusive account creation flows, or otherwise engage in misconduct.

We may monitor usage patterns, enforce restrictions, and refuse service where misuse is suspected.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms, telecom operators, message senders, carriers, infrastructure providers, and payment providers. We do not control those third parties.

We do not guarantee:

• that any third-party service will accept a TempNumber number
• that any code or message will be sent
• that any message will arrive on time
• that any platform will continue to support the same verification path
• that any number will remain supported for any specific app or service
• uninterrupted access or availability

Third-party services may block, filter, delay, reject, or rate-limit messages or numbers without notice to us or you.

12. Message Content and Confidentiality

The Service is intended to reveal codes and message content necessary for the purchased functionality. We process only what is necessary to provide that functionality.

You must not use the Service for highly sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical use cases, including where the compromise, delay, or non-delivery of a message could create legal, financial, medical, or security harm.

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including the website, code, design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related materials, belong to TopX CJSC or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service solely for its intended lawful purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service, or block any transaction, session, number, platform flow, geography, or user activity, immediately and without prior notice where we believe this is necessary for legal, compliance, security, anti-abuse, fraud-prevention, supplier, or operational reasons.

15. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, accuracy, compatibility, merchantability, or suitability for a specific third-party service.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopX CJSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, business opportunities, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopX CJSC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• your misuse of the Service
• your breach of these Terms
• your unlawful conduct
• your violation of third-party rights, rules, or platform terms
• any false, abusive, or unjustified payment dispute or chargeback initiated by you

18. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

20. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on the website. The updated version becomes effective when posted, unless stated otherwise.
