Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TopX CJSC processes information in connection with TempNumber.
TempNumber is built around a simple idea: helping users reduce unnecessary exposure of their personal mobile phone numbers when dealing with third-party apps, websites, and online services. At the same time, some limited processing is necessary to provide the Service, maintain continuity for paid usage, secure the platform, process transactions, and comply with law.

2. What We Process
Because TempNumber does not require user accounts, we aim to minimize the data we process. Depending on how you use the Service, we may process the following categories of information.
a. Essential Session Identifier
We use a cookie-based identifier, such as a UUID, to:
- recognize your browser session
- associate paid access with the relevant session
- maintain your number-to-service allocation for the applicable period
- support continuity of access
- help prevent abuse and secure the Service
b. Service Usage and Allocation Data
To provide the Service, we may process:
- the app, website, or platform selected by you
- the allocated phone number associated with that use case
- the timing of your purchase or code reveal
- the access period linked to your session
- relevant internal status and mapping data needed to keep the number associated with the same app or service for the applicable period
c. Message Data
We may process message content and related metadata where necessary to reveal the requested code or message and to provide continuing access during the paid period.
This may include:
- message text
- sender or source information where available
- time received
- service-related routing or delivery metadata
d. Technical and Security Data
When you visit or use the Service, we and our hosting or infrastructure providers may process technical data such as:
- IP address
- browser and device data
- timestamps
- request logs
- security events
- anti-abuse signals
We use such data only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and protect the Service.
e. Payment and Transaction Data
Non-crypto payments. If you pay by card, PayPal, or another non-crypto payment method offered through checkout, the transaction may be processed by PayPro Global, acting as Merchant of Record. We do not intend to store your full payment card details ourselves. We may receive limited transaction-related information from PayPro Global, such as purchase status, transaction identifiers, amount and currency, payment confirmation, and support or dispute information relevant to the transaction.
Crypto payments. If you pay using cryptocurrency, the transaction is handled separately through CryptAPI. In that case, we may process crypto-payment-related information such as the selected cryptocurrency, payment address, transaction hash or identifier, amount, confirmation status, and webhook or callback data needed to validate and reconcile the payment. We do not state that PayPro Global processes or controls cryptocurrency transactions handled through CryptAPI.
f. Support Communications
If you contact us, we will process the information you include in your email or communication, including your email address and the content of your message.
3. What We Do Not Require
TempNumber does not require you to create an account.
We do not require ordinary profile registration data such as:
- username
- password
- profile photo
- account biography
We do not intentionally collect marketing preference profiles or newsletter subscriptions for TempNumber.

We process information for the following purposes:
- to provide the Service
- to link a paid reveal or access event to your browser session
- to maintain the same number for the same selected app or service during the applicable period
- to reveal and display relevant codes or messages
- to protect users' privacy goals by enabling the Service model
- to operate, secure, monitor, and improve the Service
- to detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and misuse
- to process and reconcile transactions
- to respond to support requests
- to comply with legal obligations
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract
- legitimate interests in operating, securing, improving, and defending the Service
- compliance with legal obligations
- consent, where consent is specifically required by law
6. How the Privacy Model Works
TempNumber is designed to reduce disclosure of your personal mobile number to third-party services. That is the core privacy benefit of the Service.
However, TempNumber does not provide absolute anonymity. To provide the Service, we may still process message data, session identifiers, technical logs, and transaction-related information. Third-party services, telecom providers, infrastructure providers, and payment providers may also process information relevant to their roles.
7. Sharing of Information
We may share information only where reasonably necessary, including with:
- AWS and related hosting or infrastructure providers
- PayPro Global, for non-crypto transactions processed through its Merchant of Record checkout flow
- CryptAPI, for cryptocurrency transactions and related payment validation, callback, or reconciliation operations
- professional advisers where necessary
- law enforcement, regulators, courts, or competent authorities where required or appropriate
- counterparties relevant to fraud prevention, disputes, abuse enforcement, or legal claims
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use TempNumber for marketing mailing lists based on the information provided for this policy.
8. International Transfers
Because TempNumber may be used globally and may rely on third-party infrastructure and payment providers operating internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
9. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
In general:
- session-to-access linkage data may be retained for up to 30 days to support continuity of service for the relevant paid use case
- message data may be retained for up to 30 days
- support communications may be retained as necessary to resolve the issue and keep basic business records
- transaction and dispute-related records may be retained as necessary for accounting, anti-fraud, legal, tax, or compliance purposes
- certain technical and security logs may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention and service protection
Where you request deletion by email, we aim to process applicable deletion within 30 days, subject to legal, security, accounting, dispute, or fraud-prevention needs.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- request access to your personal data
- request correction of inaccurate data
- request deletion
- object to or restrict certain processing
- request portability where applicable
- lodge a complaint with a competent authority

Because TempNumber does not use ordinary user accounts, we may require sufficient information to identify the relevant transaction, session, or communication before processing your request.
11. Deletion Requests
You may request deletion by emailing info@tempnumber.io.
We will review the request and, where applicable, delete data within 30 days, unless we need to retain certain information:
- to comply with law
- for fraud prevention or security
- for payment dispute handling
- for accounting or tax obligations
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
12. Children
TempNumber is not intended for persons under 18 years old, and we do not knowingly provide the Service to minors.
13. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed in connection with TempNumber. However, no website, telecom flow, cloud environment, or internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. Third-Party Services
Third-party apps, sites, platforms, telecom providers, hosting providers, and payment providers may apply their own privacy practices and legal terms. This Privacy Policy applies only to TempNumber's own processing activities as described here.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing a revised version on the website.
